Can't believe I googled this

Like in Indiana it's legal if they're both 65 or older. Illinois is 50+ or you get a doctor to say one person is completely and irreversibly sterile.

I wonder if they'll allow younger cousins to marry as long as they have their reproductive organs removed?

...if that's the case, they should legalize it everywhere, that way we can prevent them from dirtying the gene pool.
