I ain't watching. I'm done with basketball. I'll read about it in the papers.

Agreed 100%. Here is hoping Dirk gets his championship. F the heat.

I made that same comment - both the fact that the players we had out there were so-so and that it was the best option.

Losing 4-1 at home, as the number one seed. If the bulls are not overrated, then you are saying the heat played above their heads or the bulls cropped the bed.
I'm saying the Heat were underrated.

Great [expletive] season. I believe in GarPax, Thibs & ownership. They'll do what they can. I don't have to look forward to Kirk Hinrich, Eddie Robinson, Ron Artest, Jalen Rose, Marcus Fizer, Eddy Curry, Ben Gordon, Ben Wallace, etc. We have D Rose. It's pretty good to be a Bulls fan.

And I'm saying both teams were properly rated. The Heat were favored with a clear talent advantage, and they won.

I'm a big Mavs fan for the next two weeks.

There probably isn't a lot of precedent for how widely the Heat will be rooted against. Perhaps some of the Yankees teams circa 10 years ago (of which LeBron was a fan, BTW), but this might be the least popular team in a finals that I am aware of. Maybe Russia in 1980 hockey.

They are most certainly not the least popular. Most hated maybe, but people tune in to teams they hate also.

'Popular' isn't the right word, and I have no doubts that they'll be watched, but most everyone wants them to die and burn in hell, and very few people, I imagine, are watching without rooting interest in who wins.

My Facebook news feed is blowing up with "Witness" statuses. Most are casual fans who haven't watched a game all season until the playoffs, but still...
