Most Cornhusker fans, like OSU fans, take every given chance to tell you how GREAT their football team is and how bad yours is. Makes me wanna hit them in the kneecaps with a ballpeen hammer.

I attended the OSU -Northwestern game in 2004, and sat next to a guy wearing an entire uniform, pads, helmet and all.

Those OSU fans are a different breed.

From what I've seen, the vast majority of Bucknuts continue to play the 'victim' card; i.e. that anOSU is being singled out by jealous rivals who seek revenge because they (in their words) "kick everyone's a$$es on the field...".

Their hubris and willful ignorance throughout this fiasco is fascinating, and it's rather sad that a fellow Big Ten school is so obsessed with winning that they (from the uber dork of a president on down) have willingly sacrificed character, accountability, and honesty on the altar of gridiron success.

Wisconsin was penalized a few years ago over a store selling athletic shoes to jocks for bigger discounts than they gave the public. The NCAA made a big deal about it. Then they ignore Cam Newton and Tressel. What a bunch of hypocrites.

This was kind of funny, too.

Another T-shirt company has twisted the Big Ten's new division names, with the front displaying "Legends" along with a pair of Joe Paterno-style, heavy-framed eye glasses.

But the back of the shirt carries a similar punchline as the Michigan billboard. It's imprinted with "Liars" instead of "Leaders" and carries an image of Tressel's familiar sweater vest.
