I would have been pretty much everything I own at crappy odds that the Mavs would not sweep this series. Wow.

What would a Vegas bookie put the odds at, pre-playoffs, that the Mavs would sweep the Lakers in round 2? 100-1?

Holy holy crap.

You gotta kind of feel bad for Kobe, right? It's been nearly a year since he won a championship.

I am pretty dumbfounded that Bynum would foul with intent to injure, so blatantly, with no time left and down by 30 something. And he's done it before. I am all for physical, hard-nosed basketball, but jump for the ball, you imbicile.

He couldn't have blocked the shot, but instead of putting his head down and shoving his elbow right into Barea's body, he easily could have just jumped up and into Barea, raised his hands for the ball, and gotten a solid, hard, I'm-pissed-I-Got-Swept hard foul. I hope he gets a pretty significant suspension, simply because it was so blatant, and he's done the exact same thing before.

Here's the same garbage that apparently resulted in Gerald Wallace having a collapsed lung (I don't recall this one)

Wow, after watching those Bynum clips he ought to be kicked out of the league.

That was my reaction too. I know they won't, but they really should do something significant.

Edit - by the way, your signature picture really screws up the view. You should know better.
No kidding. How come Michael hasn't jumped all over that yet?
Looks fine on mine, but I'll shrink it when I get a chance.

Sorry btw, didn't see these posts.
