I've likely said this before in this thread, but what I appreciate about Schlafly is that they are usually very close to hitting style guidelines. When they stray, it is usually pretty good when they keep it around (see Coffee Stout and Pumpkin Ale).

That said, it makes you rarely want to buy a standard brew if they are merely landing on target with a style (I never buy a 6'er of most Schlafly beers, outside of the special beers listed above). But in a world where brewpubs and breweries consistenly swing and miss on beer styles, I do appreciate it.
I love a real Koelsch

This is my baseline:

I don't really like American brewers naming a beer a Koelsch since they obviously don't come from Koeln, but the Schlafly Koelsch is way too bitter and over hopped compared to Reissdorf.

EDIT* Fat Bulldog - I also like their Heffeweizen. It's kinda weak, but it's tasty and relatively low in calories (125 calories for a bottle)
I didn't realize it was only 125 calories/bottle. I'm contemplating on getting a 1/2 barrel of that for my kegerator for my spring beer.

Tartness from the grapefruit and a delightful kick from ginger combine for a taste that’s perfect for hot summer days. Its deep gold color and full body come from pure Munich malt and Mt. Hood, Citra and Cascade hops balance the flavor well.” Availability is April – September.
Not as 'fruity' as you would think. Nice crisp finish.

Plus, there's the who 'Redbird' thing...

Had a 6 of this yesterday. Good stuff, standard Mexican German style lager. Similar to Pacifico Clara and XX.

The New Glarus ABT is one of the best beers I've ever had. Their description of it is perfect:
Flemish monks brewed the first Abt. A voluptuous temptress they named for their Monastery Abbot. Belgian Dark Candi Sugar encourages the decadence of rum, raisin dark chocolate and sherry like fruit tones to conspire happily in almost 20° Plato. Rich and full bodied this is one to lie down or if you are bold enjoy now, but take your time - linger. This beer cries to be sipped and enjoyed.
It had none of the bite that you find in higher ABV beers. It was as smooth as a baby's ass. If you've ever had the Trois Pistoles from Unibroue, it'd be your starting point. Then add just a hint of rum/sherry/raisin, remove the bite of the higher ABV (but not the higher ABV itself), and that's your ABT.
