And Blitzer, I read somewhere that you can change the controls to go back to the buttons instead of the analog sticks.
Yeah, I have changed it... but I feel bad about that. lol. Im sure its part of the new experience of '11 and its just a matter of time before they phase out the old controls.
They did the same thing with Madden a few years ago and flipped the controls around, and for the next 2-3 years, allowed you to change it back. Until '07 when you were no longer allowed to change it and were forced to play with the new controls. Its going to be that way and I might as well get used to the new controls on The Show.
I also feel like the graphics were better on '10. Maybe im just being picky.
I've fought the urge to buy it a few times. The review I read mentioned a lot of new features that were in the game last year, so even though it was positive 1) the reviewer is an idiot, and 2) there's apparently nothing new in this game but the updated rosters.
BTW, I was really turned off of The Show by a video review I watched. Every animation had that ultra-chintzy motion capture look from the first generation of games on CD-ROM. It was the worst-looking game I've seen in a decade.
yea im really tempted to buy 2k11, especially at that great price, but i just can't get over how bad 2k9 was and i vowed to never buy another product from that series unless it was totally revamped
It's basically 2k10 with updated rosters, which is fine with me. Playing the 2k version is better than not having a baseball game at all.
I wish I would have noticed the link Swirls. I'm not that upset because I traded in some games I never play and it ended up only costing me like $10. But it would have been nice to use that credit on a different game. Oh well.
Anyway, if anyone wants to play MLB2k11 with me, my GT is TGantz57.

thats hwo i was...i wanted to search every nook and cranny of that world
Just restarted my love affair. Made an all unarmed char. Totally awesome. Never realized I could outfit my NPC with cool gear . The level cap urks me though...
I downloaded Torchlight from the Xbox arcade the other night, it's taken up way too much of my time since then. I didn't expect it to be that addicting. I think I'm going to hold off on a baseball game this year, I have one of last years and if I get the time still have plenty of work on it to do.
It's weird I haven't been in a video game buying mood for years but damn there is alot of stuff coming this year I want. Forza 4, Battlefield 3, Dirt 3, maybe Tiger Woods 12.....
