rankings of umps who are "retiring"

The Buckner news was in another thread, but this gives us a view of all the umps who are taking the buyout and their ranking.

CB Buckner, 91st in the rankings. Surprised? Not one bit.
All 7 of these guys are horrible and should not be getting buyout. They should be FIRED for being so bad. And that umpire's union abolished.
