Been a while since losing someone from the Rock pantheon. First one of the stadium-era Fleetwood Mac.

I'm glad I got to see the whole group (minus Buckingham) a couple of years ago.

I have heard her voice since I was in my mom's uterus. She was the off-speed option that brought every album back down to earth in a really beautiful way. I guess Everywhere was her biggest hit as lead vocalist, but you can't get any better than songbird as far as ballads go. I will miss her sultry, deep voiced bus.

True, but she did pre-date that era, supplying backing vocals on 1970’s Kiln House and becoming a full member on 1971’s Future Games. You can see how things took off for the group once the Buckingham-Nicks era kicked off in 1975.
