It’s like someone put my brain in a blender, pushed purée, then took the top off and all the pieces are going everywhere. Please keep me in your thoughts or prayers.

My best friend is bipolar.
Just remember that you've been through it before and it will pass, just like it always does. You won't be stuck in it forever. Hold on. You can do it.

Still having difficulty, but was able to focus a bit this morning. I went to the cemetery and put a flag on my dad’s grave. He spent 20 years in the Navy.
