No shirts - just American flag themed pads.
Camoed pants and helmets.
National anthem before the game, God Bless the U.S.A. before the second quarter, God Bless America before the second half, and In God We Still Trust before the 4th.
All half time shows include bringing out just-captured illegals and left wing radicals for fans to throw stuff at before they get deported.

in all seriousness..it probably won't be successful obviously...but now is as good as time as any to try it...
- people are tired of the NFL (rules and such)...it's turned boring.
- like it or not, a lot of people tuned out due to the kneeling of the anthem.
- people hate goodell
- entire cities are pissed at NFL due to losing teams (st louis, san diego, oakland)
they can capitilize on it by...
- letting the players play
- reducing the amount of penalties (and reigning them in; like pass interference just being 15 yards like in college)
- you have to be 3 years removed from high school to play NFL...beat the NFL by a year or 2 by signing younger guys, and give the transfers/dropouts a place to play/make some money
- sign controversial players and hype them up like the WWE does with heels (manziel and such..don't know about domestic abusers like ray rice/greg hardy...but hey, this is the WWE owner)
- definitely put teams in places where they lost NFL teams (st louis, san diego, oakland...i know they're still playing in oakland till they move to LV, but they're still pissed i'm sure)
- don't try and put teams where there is NFL....go for the secondary markets and really hype it as their team/screw the NFL
- definitely smack talk goodell and NFL on broadcasts and such

Manziel is a no brainer. Vince Young? RG3? Essentially former hyped, now flamed out QBs
