Holy [expletive] there were some close matches in the Sweet 16. A solid 25% of the matchups (so far) ended with a one vote difference in the polls. A couple other matchups were landslides (including BW23's Prince vs Prince matchup against himself), but I'll be damned if those close tough matchups weren't crazy tense at times.

There's still one matchup left in the Sweet 16: Me and Bobby McGee vs Twist and Shout. It ended at tie of 11-11, so I extended it another 24 hours until tomorrow afternoon.

Did you all want me to go ahead and start the threads for the other three Elite 8 matchups, or wait to post all of them until tomorrow afternoon after we have a winner in the last Sweet 16 match? I'm cool with it either way.

If you haven't voted yet for the last remaining Sweet 16 match, go do it!

I agree with this. And maybe we need a week off between elite 8 and final four. A chance for people to make their case for their songs. Get Cowherd involved. Maybe Bayless and Stephen A

And I'm fine waiting a few days after the Elite Eight is over before we head into the Final Four.
