While I'm all in support of charity trivia, I can't calm my competitive side. We went to an event for Tenth Life Sat. night (tenthlifecats.org), but it was super quick! Who does a round where you have to name the pets on TV shows? That round killed us.

I have such a bad combination of being generally pretty mediocre at trivia and loving every minute of it. There's just always that group or two that knows literally everything.

There are groups that actually specialize in doing as many trivia events as possible. Each member is usually specific in a few categories. They're like those karaoke freaks that sing the same songs at a different bar each night...Weird little clubs.

Had me new fav category at a trivia night Saturday. Weird Al. Had to name the original songs he parodied. We got 10 out of 10!

We went to one a couple weeks ago at Flying Saucer, and one of their rounds was "Quentin Tarantino Movie Trivia."

As someone who has seen a few movies over my lifetime but is not in any way a fan of his, nor was anyone else at our table, yeah we basically had a big goose egg for that round.

Although I did remember that the assassin team name in Kill Bill was the "Deadly Viper Assassination Squad."
