Supposedly he shot himself right in front of Crennel and Pioli. Thanked them for the opportunity then blew his brains out.

The Chiefs already asked the NFL to move the game to Monday and were told no.

Unbelievable if they don't postpone the game. Especially if the Chiefs asked for it to be postponed. Absolutely unbelievable.

Just announced that it will be played as scheduled. That's the NFL under Goodell: no heart, no soul, just a bunch of idiotic rules.

Chiefs didn't ask for it to be rescheduled. Apparently they want to play the game -- Chiefs: After discussions between the league office, Head Coach Romeo Crennel and Chiefs team captains, the Chiefs advised the NFL that it will play tomorrow’s game vs. the Carolina Panthers at its originally scheduled time.

Goodell didn't make them play.

While true, I wish he would've intervened and told the Chiefs no. I understand why the team wants to play tomorrow, but I don't think it's appropriate. I wish the commissioner would've stepped in and told them to take this weekend to console their players and help them through this. Play Monday, or play a make-up game at the end of the season, or cancel the game altogether. Chiefs-Panthers was meaningless before this tragedy happened.
