My son's dog got pregnant and we care for her and I never delivered puppies before and was really scared something would go wrong and I didn't know what do I do with the umbilical cord and placenta and what if one isn't breathing and all that and we woke up at 3 one morning because the other dogs were barking and she was on a sofa with three puppies she had already cleaned up and cut the cord with her teeth and we watched her have two more and it was all natural.

Breastfeeding past a few months isn't natural.

Teeth seem like a pretty good benchmark. At some point it seems like it becomes about the mother/parent moreso than about what is good for the child. I say this as someone who supports wholeheartedly women breastfeeding wherever they feel like it.

I know a gal that breastfed until her kids were like 7- or it just seemed that way. Anyway, boy are her kids odd. Correlation not causation alert.

There's no way that kid in the picture is 3 years old.
