Trade Idea—Fukudome/Lee for Braun/Gordon

At the moment, I have too many outfielders and no backup 1B. I'm thinking of offering a trade of Fukudome and Carlos Lee (from me) for Ryan Braun and Alex Gordon, which would keep my outfield eligibility for Braun, both are eligible at 3B, and Gordon can play 1B. Is this a good trade for me? Would it be reasonably fair for the other guy?

It'd be a good trade for you, does the other guy need outfielders though?

It wouldn't hurt him to have Lee's power and Fukudome's average and stolen bases. At the very least, one of them can replace Sheffield, who's struggling mightily.
