Quick Week 15 WR help (Housh vs. Welker)

PPR league w/ 10 pt. TDs and 0.1 point per all-purpose yardage.
Houshmandzadeh vs. SF
Welker vs. NYJ in whatever weather happens (many forecast changes)
My gut is telling to play it safe w/ Housh and the gambler in me is saying go for it w/ Welker hoping the short passing game w/ him will be huge.
