Reyes pitching well. Scotty and Jimmy finding their strokes. TLR pulling a Piniella to fire up the team.
I can already hear Billy Bob's narrative on the 2007 video - "They say that one game out of 162 can't make a difference. But tell that to the Cardinals. For the first game of the doubleheader against the Brewers on July 27th not only made a difference, it propelled this gritty, determined team to successfully defend their title and bring an 11th flag to fly over their new nest."

What if we were in the 7th game of the World Series and it was the 17th inning and only Mike Maroth and Todd Wellemeyer were left to pitch.

It would be pretty cool to be a fan of the team that brought, consecutively, two of the worst World Series Champions of recent or extended memory.
