Penny Club on wheat with pepper jack cheese.
Standard dress + mayo, spicey mustard, crushed red peppers and japs.

Do you have ulcers or get heartburn very badly?? I love to eat hot food but I get the worst heartburn after the fact.

Salad, some chips, and a Boca Burger with horseradish sauce on whole wheat, and a banana for dessert.

Sometimes I hate eating healthy.

No, I've never really encountered any negative effects from eating hot food. I mean sometimes I overdo it and my mouth burns for a minute or too, but nothing else really...
