Mr Goodcents for me.
The usual:
Penny Club on wheat with pepper jack cheese.
Standard dress + mayo, spicey mustard, crushed red peppers and japs.

I ate a large midmorning breakfast. Egg beaters and turkey sausage links with this hot sauce.
El Yucateco Green Hot Sauce. Made from extra hot habanero chile peppers, this sauce from the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico will get your attention !

Do you have ulcers or get heartburn very badly?? I love to eat hot food but I get the worst heartburn after the fact.

No, I've never really encountered any negative effects from eating hot food. I mean sometimes I overdo it and my mouth burns for a minute or too, but nothing else really...
