When I moved from Iowa to the STL area, I really thought STL seemed "southern" to me. Now, after living in the ATL area for a couple of years, y'all don't know southern!
And if I hear one more comment about the "war of northern aggression", I will :blowup:
Good question, and I'm surprised the vote is as lopsided as it is. My wife is from Chicago, and when we lived there she would have said "Southern". There are elements of both, but I think it's much more midwestern than southern, but there are elements of both to be sure.
