Reminds me of something from earlier in the summer; my 11-yo was helping me at work. There's a field where we enter the check number from the customer. I tell her to type the 'pound' sign. Then, when she couldn't find it, I told her hashtag. Done.

I wonder if anyone has ever tried to pole vault out of prison.

I just butt-played Bob's Burgers on my phone's Netflix app.

I have one alarm in the morning. It's set for 5 AM. I arrive at work at 6 AM.

My wife has at least seven alarms in the morning. The first one is set for 4:30 AM. She arrives at work at 8 AM (and her work is literally a 3-minute drive from our place).

It really doesn't bother me that much. I'm up before my alarm (or her alarm, for that matter) more times than not. Mine is more of a safety net than anything else. But I just can't believe how different we are in that regard.

I hear people say, "he/she doesn't like me because I won't kiss their butt," but the reality is they don't like you because you're a jackass.

What time is she actually getting out of bed? Seems like she's just guaranteeing she won't ever get a good night's sleep.

I would venture to guess it's some time between 6 and 6:30. I'm sure some of the last alarms are meant more to be daily reminders, and are probably a safety net as well.

I'd venture to guess she has 3-4 that go off before that though, and I know science says hitting the snooze button is just about the worst thing you can do for your body.
