I have seen the current president has approval ratings right at 50% and disapproval at 47. Those numbers are far from historic lows.

In my lifetime Obama has Nixon, Carter, and Bush II beat when they left office. So Obama is better than the Braves, the Twins, and the Reds. I stand corrected.

Obama has roughly the same approval rating right now that Regan had at this point in 1988. Barring a cataclysmic event he'll leave office with a 50+ approval and he'll be a popular ex-president

Yeah but it's an average of five yet determined polls agreed upon by the Dems and GOP I believe so don't hold your breath

This could get real interesting if Gary Johnson wins a state or two. Might throw the election to the House of Representatives. I vote we give each representative an AR-15 to do their debating for them. That will take care of two problems at once!
