I've been catching up with 30 Rock over the last few months, and to me it only started hitting it's stride about halfway through Season 3. Which was about when Seinfeld really got going too.
BTW, someone needs to find some kind of starring vehicle for Elizabeth Banks. Just watched the episode from last season where she plays Jack's girlfriend who's a CNBC host. The first scene with her, where she's hosting her show the Hotbox is a pitch-perfect take on the gaudiness in cable news. Apart from that, she's good in everything I've ever seen her in. Smoking hot AND great comic timing. The whole package.
I just finished episode 8, so not tonight's episode but the week before. That must be one hell of a lens that Quinn's dirty cop PI has on that camera. It managed to take photos of Dexter and Lumen dumping their bags into the ocean. At night. From several miles away. Impressive.

Possibly. That would certainly make a lot more sense. The thing that made me think the photos were them out at sea was the way the camera cuts from Lumen's face immediately after dropping the bag into the water to slime ball's camera screen. Her face is made to look like the first photo in the series of photos he took. As a scrolls through the rest it does look more like them loading the boat though.

How great was it that the photographer was busted by Darmody's kid... and it wasn't even the right person in the picture that was "mommy's kissing friend"?

Looking through the camera lens, punching the camera, breaking hand on camera and then beating the guy down anyway. So cool.

I stumbled across this while waiting for the Sunday night football game to get ahead of my DVR. It was interesting to see the process, and those guys at the brewery seem cool (maybe a tad too cool) and are living the dream. Milton DE looks like heaven. But its hard to imagine them milking anything more than 2-3 shows out of this. It would be better if they did shows at other breweries too.
