I know he's still young, and he was a raw-athletic pick. But it seems like he's taking forever to develop.

Jenkins now has a 1.71 ERA in 21.0 innings through 4 appearances. Only 6 Ks though.

TJ has a 3.33 ERA in 54 IP so far for Palm Beach. It's actually his best minor league season so far.

Not sure how MiLB's rule 5 works, but he sure as [expletive] ain't ready to sit in a MLB 25 man roster.
