If it drops, he doesn't have to tag. Since Wilson is declared out there is no force at second. So it's runners at the corners and Rolen on first.

Ump should have been more declarative though, this crew is terrible.

No..Pujols is not out...

If its an infield fly (which it was) runners advance at their own risk, and since the ball was not caught, runners can advance without tagging up
