Can’t say i’m counting on Noot for anything. didn’t he just have surgery on both feet?

I think it's more that he's expected back in 30 days or so, so if everything stays on track they're not going to sign a guy for that period. They want him to play and most likely they trade him later. So until then it's Scott/Church/Fermin/Saggese. I doubt they'll be promoting any position players soon unless there's an injury.
