The scope of Ted Lasso is getting so large. They introduce a whole new soccer team and a whole new business with Keeley, expand Ted’s ex and her social circle. Bring in new players, expand on others. Pretty crazy. Like The Matrix Triology or something. Can’t help but think of how expensive it is. Story wise it seems fine so far. I guess they are decreasing the impact of other characters.

Also, why would West Ham sign up to be the bad guys?

Is the Zlatan a little too Zlatan, maybe?

He is both too Zlatan and not Zlatan enough, which is true of the real Zlatan.

In his introduction he was 100% Zlatan but once they actually had him interacting with the team it was more Aaron Rodgers than anything.

Other than the part about having healthy, respectful relationships with close family members.

That show is missing a player with stupid hair. They could change it week to week. Soccer is a goldmine for stupid hair. One of my favorite things about the sport. Lots of wasted opportunity there.

what makes it weirder is that this is the last season of the show

It's good.

I started yesterday and flew through the first three episodes. Pretty addictive series. I am not sure if I love or hate everyone yet though. Leaning toward hate.

It's good, right? A dark comedy, but ends up being pretty deep insofar as it explores how shame and feelings of being unworthy and fear of being rejected by those whose love we crave if our flaws and insecurities are revealed manifest as depression and rage as life goes on. It gets kind of trippy towards the end, in a good way. Very well acted show too.

Its great...I am probably going to binge it some more when the Cardinals start losing tonight.

The opening action sequence of the series was both totally believable and crazily unacceptable.
