I love Poker Face on Peacock. It's a (mostly) episodic modern take on the Columbo "how done it" genre. Rian Johnson is behind it and each episode filled with great character actors. It's a fun show and easy to watch.
I watched it over last weekend and when it was over I was really bummed because I just wanted to keep watching. It's just a fun and relaxing show. Natasha Lyonne is great as a half columbo half lebowski dirt bag detective.
John Darnielle! Rad surprise.

Succession is back. And still good.

As with everything else, I'm late to the streaming world. We've had Netflix for awhile, but I'm sure I could do without that. The Disney + has hockey with so I do use that a lot. We just signed up for the Paramount stuff though. I'm pretty happy about that. I can watch old Star Treks and Twilight Zones all day at my office. There's probably other stuff I'd like too, but that will keep me occupied for a long while.

Paramount has a lot of classic tv content if that is what you like. Original stuff too; I watch it a lot.

I finally caught up with season 3 which I had fallen behind on.

[SHOW]
for a good 10 minutes, I thought Logan was pulling something, and trying to figure out what angle he was playing

I'm debating whether to spoil myself, because I feel like it's going to happen anyway before i can get to it. Just caught up with last week's yesterday.

I don't want to talk about the last episode of Succession because if it were spoiled for me I'd hate it.

But I want to talk about it.

Also in honor of Succession my new approach to moderating will be to tell everyone to [expletive] off.

I love how they handled Logan's death. We all knew it was coming, and coming in this, the final season. I mean, the show's called Succession! He has to die for that to make sense! Anyway, just masterful. I've never seen any entertainment handle the fog of live, unfolding chaos so well. Is this real? Is someone [expletive] with me? Is this happening? Tell me it's not happening! Maybe they can save him? What is happening!

Just a truly unique way to take an expected plot point and make it compelling.

It also broke my heart how no one thought to even tell Connor for like 20 minutes.
