I didn't say he was mentally unstable, the people who know of him in San Francisco/Oakland said he was. He's apparently well known as mentally unstable and violent.
But, yeah, he tried to walk away from this to his credit. The other guy should have let it go.

I don't care if Tom Slick is certifiable. The black guy picked the fight. Forget all the trash talk. Slick walked away, the black approached him, and swung at him. He got exactly what he deserved. What a douche.
