My fam just got Disney+, and having all those episodes...just sitting there waiting for me...man, it's both glorious and it's torture. There's not enough time in the day.ghostrunner wrote: ↑April 21 20, 6:33 pmMy son has gotten into The Simpsons, which I haven’t watched for 20 years. And folks, it’s good.
i've always considered the end of the line at season 10 as well...though i remember enjoying the homer getting medical marijuana episode in (looks it up) season 13...but that's probably for other reasons. there's probably some good episodes sprinkled in all along the way but, at risk of being a snob, i don't care for the show after season 10. I'm glad it's still around but I don't watch it. I also didn't like when they switched to digital animation but i suppose that was inevitable.heyzeus wrote: ↑April 22 20, 2:19 pmOh, I wouldn't watch anything past season 10 (and plenty of elitist fans draw the line at season 8). It's weird to watch a new episode (ie, one from the last 20 years now). Its like running into your childhood best friend, who looks mostly the same, only he's had a full lobotomy and his soul has been removed.

I completely agree with you there. I loved the first season and the second was OK but the third... while it had it's moments (if I remember correctly) I'm still not sure I have much of an idea what in the heck was going on there. It has been awhile since I watched any of the third season though.
