I'm not entirely shocked that aTm would have another great QB, nor am I shocked that they could be a sleeper this year.
But what the [expletive] happened to Carolina?

yeah... disappointing but well-fought. Sorta.cardsfansince82 wrote:Yay. That was a pretty fun game, obviously a lot more fun when your team wins.

I wouldn't read too much into it, even though they are definitely not quite as good as I thought. I think they just got Sumlin'd. When his offense is clicking, it can take a team completely out of its normal game plan. When you fall in a big hole right away you can't run the ball like SC wants, and your defense just gets demoralized/can't mount a pass rush and guesses wrong seemingly every time. I've said for several years now that aTm has the best formula for a team like Alabama and SC is a poor man's Alabama. I picked SC thinking it was going to be close, but I knew this type of game was a possibility. I'm sure they'll have their swagger back just in time to play Mizzou.JL21 wrote:I'm not entirely shocked that aTm would have another great QB, nor am I shocked that they could be a sleeper this year.

I'm eagerly awaiting the latest iteration of Winstonology to come back and bite us. Connor Shaw finds another year of eligibility and obliterates us on Saturday to the point that the Browns have him leapfrog Manziel and Hoyer on the depth chart.cardsfansince82 wrote: I'm sure they'll have their swagger back just in time to play Mizzou.

Apparently the QB from A&M that just shredded the ever-living [expletive] out of Carolina is the son of former Cardinal (and Expo, Ranger, and Indian) Ken Hill.

Glad to see Freed's hatred of Mizzou still burns!
