Re: Random musings
I was in Aurora yesterday and felt compelled to drive by the movie theater. Did the same thing with Columbine back when that happened. No idea why. Morbid curiosity?

Re: Random musings
I love Android Device Manager. I've had to use it twice in the past couple of years. The first time I had been out drinking so I used my tablet to make my phone ring and it was... behind my toilet.
The second time it was in the back seat of a friend's truck.
Where was it when I needed it back in 2009 or 20010 and left my G1 on top of my car on Halloween? I finally found it the next March, still wedged into the roof rack. No idea how it managed to get wedged in so solidly that it stayed there for months. Didn't work. That is the only phone I've ever lost and didn't find its way back to me right away in functioning condition which is surprising because there are times when I'm with a group of friends and we get carried away and don't remember large chunks at the end of the evening.

I'm happy for you that you apparently don't have to work. Really, I am. But please don't go to a busy lunch spot with limited seating and take up a table for an hour. The rest of us would like to use it and I'm sure you can have your casual conversation elsewhere.

That reminds me: Don't take the middle two of four open seats at a bar. Also, when you stop spending money, get the [expletive] up. Go to Starbuck's. You're ruining lives.

If you take one seat, does it have to be on the end?

That AT&T commercial with "where will you be when the first woman pitches in the majors"... the batter looks to be about 63 years old.

For some reason, I'd be more willing to move over at a lunch counter than at a bar.

Re: Random musings
on a related note, those stickers that represent each family member on the back of cars just tells murderers how many people to they need to get through before they can loot the place
