Fox Soccer Plus is a pay channel, I think it's like an additional $10 on DirecTV. The Montpelier game will definitely be available on regular FSC or Fox Sports regional channels because it's Champions League and they make them all available live. I'm sure the Southampton game will be on regular FSC but it may not be live. It may be later in the day.
I see the Montpelier game on the following day but am still not seeing the Southampton game, having checked the entire week's schedule for Fox. Three or four other BPL games on and repeated a number of times but no Arsenal game. I saw a link on some Arsenal page or a Gooners Facebook page that gave a link to a live stream of the game.
