Microsoft has been developing this technology for over 2 years with the company they eventually bought. It's taken a long time to bring to market because the technology is incredibly advanced. I agree it's too late to beat Nintendo, but that's not the point. It's about trying to make inroads into their market. Personally, I don't think it'll be too successful this gen, however this is clearly aimed at Nintendo, the casual market and nextgen.

I guess we'll agree to disagree.
