Paramount network looks like its gonna be legit, perhaps similar to what AMC was when they were in the thick of the golden age of television.
Waco was good and it's bolstered by quite the cast.
It also looks like they also have a couple good shows coming down the pipeline.
Thumbs up thus far

Paramount network is just Spike rebranded, isn't it? Or did they completely hit the reset button on their programming?

The only huge difference is Ford Prefect, who was played by British comedy legend Geoffrey McGiven on the radio and David Dixon on the TV.
The plot diverges a great deal, the further it goes on - there's all sorts of stuff in the radio series that doesn't appear in either the book or the TV show. Although I never bothered listening to the series made after Adams' death, as they're just based on the books (to the extent of saying the last radio series was a dream, and re-starting from the point the second book ended).

God Bless Will Ferrell. His last few movies have felt so phoned-in to me, I thought maybe he was on drugs. Maybe he is. But last night was great.

American Vandal is well-played. I thought some of the actors looked familiar, and my 14 y/o daughter confirmed some of them were on Disney channel.

Anyone start watching the Waco miniseries starring Tim Riggins as David Koresh? I have ep 1 taped but was wondering how it looks.

Ok but Go Birds didn't say much about it.
Watched Ep 1 last night. It seems like a pretty simplistic take on what happened there, and Taylor Kitsch will always just be playing a form of Tim Riggins to me, but it was fairly compelling. I'll probably finish the series.

Halfway through season 2 of Crown on Netflix. I don't know if I like the show but I can't stop watching it.
