The attacking team is awarded the goal automatically, but I don't know who would get the goal: Duchene for the rush or... Duchene for clearing the puck. Okay, well, if someone else on the avs touched it last, I'm not sure who would get the goal.

I'm pretty sure the ref was raising his hand to indicate icing, in case the Avs player didn't get there first.
