Actually I'm pretty sure that line came from the Chevy Chase, Steve Martin, and Martin Short Classic:

I love that one too. My favorite part is when one (or maybe two) is up on the roof trying to get the others' attention...finally ends up saying, 'Look up here!'.

Possible, I cannot completely quote that movie. I just remember Kelso saying it in one of their episodes. It's been a while. Maybe That 70's Show ripped it off from Three Amigos.
