But your quote from the story was about McCain not Obama who's already been dubbed the Messiah. Try again.

To be fair, nobody from the higher-ups of the Democratic Party have dubbed nor compared Obama to Christ. And well, a higher up from the GOP has compared McCain to Christ. The people "dubbing" Obama as the Messiah are actually from the GOP, much like yourself.
