I get so mad when I see people texting and driving.

Yesterday I pulled up along side someone swerving and going 40 in a 55 - and yep, he was texting or playing on his phone. I got so mad I rolled my window down and threw my beer at him.

How do dumb people in other businesses or offices expect me to know their internal procedures and protocol? I get this [expletive] a lot lately. Ya know what I mean?

i.e. I know every place (brokers) has to protect their client privacy and has procedure for authorizing and passing info to their client's tax guy. But how the [expletive] do they expect me to know what their procedure is? It is why I'm calling you, you [expletive]. Top it off, I'll be reading an account # off, and [expletive] on the other end says snarkily, "harrumph we don't need know the three digits at the end".
