I've heard about the farm before.
That audio is pretty convincing... although, like the article says, it's a cop out if it's real.

the cast is saying they don't know who was killed either/haven't shot the scene yet...don't know if i believe him or not...guess they just watched him beat the [expletive] out of a camera and went home? lol
Whether you loved it or you hated it – and loads of people hated it – The Walking Dead chose to end Season 6 with a bang, a whimper and a big old cliffhanger. But viewers shouldn’t feel like they’re the only ones that are in the dark about who Negan killed. According to Andrew Lincoln, no one in the central cast knows either, and they’re all determined to keep it that way.
We made a pact because it was such an intense two days [filming Negan's scene] when we shot it to keep our heads down and let it play out as it was intended. I have theories and thoughts but I'm not going to go on record and tell them quite yet! Maybe sometime midseason next year! All I know is we haven't fully shot the scene yet and I'll only know when the scene is completed how Rick feels. One of us is going to get it and that's going to be terrible personally and professionally. We made a deal when we got down on our knees that we wouldn't talk about it.

The reason they don't know and we don't know is because the writers don't know. They haven't decided. They wouldn't kill one of the original group on a cliffhanger. They'd let you feel the gut punch. That's why it's mullet guy or hot latina. Maybe pensive gay. I doubt it though.

Abraham would be a gut punch, even if he isn't one of the original group. He's the most fleshed out. Eugene would make sense, too.
Rosita and Aaron are glorified red shirts.

- My guess is Abraham, but it could be Rosita as well as Negan says the person is "taking it like a man" as he gives the beatdown.

It would be typical to have it be Abraham. Every time they give a tertiary character depth or pathos of any kind, they kill them. He's been getting pretty human lately with the romance drama and finally feeling hopeful enough to think about having a kid.

Whoops, my bad....I guess that's what I get for dividing my attention between that and my fantasy baseball draft.
