How long until they just have AI bots narrate the game play in order to save a few bucks?

Or they don't have announcers at all, and they just run updated betting lines on a ticker that takes up half the screen while audio of prescription drug ads for obscure digestive tract disorders play in the background.

Probably an unpopular take, but I wasn’t a fan of Kelly. I didn’t think he was bad, but I also didn’t think he was good. (Definitely not “lit” lol) I thought he was fine.

That said, given his family’s history, I would only have moved on from him if it was a really big upgrade. I really like Kerbs a lot and prefer the radio call, but that’s not the upgrade I make.

Replace “Oh when the Blues go Marchin In” with the Ozempic jingle and you may be on to something. $

I liked Kelly as the play by play guy; they needed a diff color guy than rivers though

Someone started a petition wanting to get Kelly back as the play by play. Unlikely to matter but it's there

This is where I’m at. From all accounts he’s a wonderful guy, but as an announcer I think he’s pretty average at best and possibly wouldn’t have a job without his last name.

For real though. Been a long summer, as all non-contending Cardinals summers are.

Watched the Blues prospects game vs. the Wild on feed from NHL.com Blues site. Really liked what I saw from our guys. Playing again tomorrow at 6pm against Blackhawks prospects.
