You seriously think that if Zeke or Julio Jones were taking a knee, they'd be unemployed?
Of course what Kaep did is a factor. Nobody is denying that.
LOL. You've denied it many times.
If you're going to choose to be a lightning rod though, you'd better be a really valuable football player. You can be a so-so football player like Chase McDaniel, and still find a job if you don't have any baggage. You can also be a really good football player with baggage like Adrian Peterson, and find a job. You can't be a mediocre football player with baggage and find a job, though. That's where Kaep is.
[expletive] that. He's a "lightning rod" because of people like you.
He doesn't have a job because a bunch of ignorant pieces of [expletive] spewed "the troops" nonsense that people like you slurped up.
Racist? This guy openly approves of Fidel Castro, who is on the Mount Rushmore of oppression. He now works for a company that essentially employs slave labor. He doesn't care about racism one whit.
Listen, I intentionally avoid the Political Forum these days, so you guys can have your good ol' boy fun over there without any alternating opinions. If you could avoid bringing your self-righteous anger to the other forums, then we should be just fine.

lol at "good ol' boy fun". Something tells me that was intentional, and completely nonsensical as usual. You probably shouldn't lecture anyone on self righteous anger considering you've spent years making the same debunked arguments over and over every time a guy who has never committed a single crime even gets mentioned in this forum.
Which part was debunked? He's not OK with Castro? He's not employed by a company that essentially practices slave labor? He wasn't replaced by Blaine Gabbert, before any of this stuff happened? He didn't wear pig socks? There aren't other NFL players kneeling, who are still employed?
I wasn't aware that we weren't supposed to disagree with people who haven't committed any crimes. Thanks for the heads-up.
Again, if you don't want my opinion, then move the conversation to the Political Forum. I'll steer clear, and you can all express the same opinion using different words and convince yourselves that since you all agree, you must be right.
He wasn’t replaced by Blaine Gabbert because Blaine is the better QB. That’s been explained to you but you have no interest in ever learning anything new or realizing when you are wrong. You yourself have whined about a hundred times that he is seen as the face of the protest movement so it makes zero sense to later try to equate him to other players who are currently protesting. And you’ll whine some more when he wins his collusion case. Literally every company that employs people abroad has poor labor practices. We don’t even pay a living wage as the minimum right here in the US, but you think that’s A ok. Still whining about some socks and a t shirt. You’re an adult of some sort, right? Keep projecting your own racist opinions onto veterans you don’t know.
I am an adult, for sure. That's just one small reason why I don't wear pig socks and Fidel Castro clothing. The fact that you think it's normal makes me wonder about your maturity, to be honest. I suppose you think the Confederate flag is "just a flag" too, and we should all grow up and not worry about it so much?
For whatever reason, he was replaced by Blaine Gabbert. When you're replaced by Blaine Gabbert......... for ANY reason, you're a pretty replaceable NFL quarterback. It's funny how you can come up with a million reasons why he lost his job originally, but only one reason why he lost his job this time.
Nike's sweatshops are some of the most well-renowned in the world. Would I go to work for them? Maybe. Probably. However, I'm not the one claiming to lead the anti-oppression movement.
Remember when the Rams players came out of the locker room in the "Hands up, don't shoot" pose? Remember that protest? Yeah, none of them lost their jobs.
I'm a "racist" who has for almost a decade been one of the biggest Obama supporters on this forum. I'm a racist who willfully sends a portion of my income to Uganda an Kenya, so families there can have a better life. Really? You need some new material. You really do. Crying "racist" every time you get backed into a corner is about as transparent as it gets. YOU are what's wrong with the left.

I agree with socnorb on at least one thing. Cool it on the racist accusations please.
This topic is complex and nuanced enough that, frankly, resorting to racism calling is a lazy argument. You can never know someones true intentions on a message board, but I prefer to be optimistic about people until shown otherwise, and right now there hasn't been anything in this conversation to merit accusing someone of being racist.
If you have any problems with this please follow up with a PM to me.
