Nationals have a day off today followed by a double header against the Phillies on Tuesday, Phillies Wed, Phillies Thurs

Projected Starters
Friday: Wang (WSH) vs. Hudson (ATL)
Saturday: Peacock vs. Beachy
Sunday: Milone vs. Minor

Our chances are basicall this, if the Cardinals win every game the rest of the season then Atlanta can do no better then 3-6 for the rest of the year. We have 10 games left while the Braves have 9.

If the Braves win 4 out of 9 games then the Cardinals will be eliminated.

I'm pretty sure this is right:

Cardinals: 83 current wins + 10 wins = 93 wins

93 wins - 87 current Braves wins = 6 wins

6-3 for the Braves to tie the Cardinals if the Cardinals go undefeated.

Stl: 9 games left, 84 wins

If stl goes 7-2 (91 wins), Atl needs to go 3-5 (90 wins) for us to get in (or 4-4 to force a playoff)

Still a long shot, but at least they are making it fun.
