It's bad enough giving up an out when Schumaker is batting and a DP is rather unlikely...but if you're going to give it up, at least make it count for something.

Gift calls or not, Johnson did a really, really good job these two innings.

The funny thing was I thought the pitch before was a strike.

In his defense it was Yadi running, but yeah... it wasn't a very good bunt.

With two lefties and a SH that can't hit LHP, Pujols shouldn't see much to hit against Sanchez.

That was a better looking AB mechanically than some that we've been seeing lately.

Seems like Jimmy had another one sail near his face lately.
