The actor who played the dad on The Wonder Years was 41 when that show began. I'm 3 years younger than that right now, which is really [expletive] uncool.

One thing my Dad taught me growing up is that a guy with money in his hand who is wanting to buy your stuff is better then some mythical guy in the future. Apparently not too many people learned that lesson. I've been trying my damnedest to buy this lot and the guy just doesn't want to do it. He has no plans for it. It has a [expletive] building that is falling in.
