I wish we could have seen Wallace play as a Cardinal at least for a while. TLR never plays young prospect unless forced too( Wainwright 06, Pujols etc etc etc.)

But if they weren't going to bring him up in this time of most pressing need, then trading him was what they needed to do.

BTW- Slaten is ranting against the trade. no way they'll re-sign Holliday Derosa he says.

He loved playing in Chicago, but I think that is partly wishful thinking.

Id like to see where its been said on NSBB that we are confident he will return to the Cubs. Very little has been said to that effect.

Mac already gave him tips in regards to his stance and it fked him up. He changed back to his leg kick last month and has been on a tear ever since
