The politics forum has helped me in several ways. I have learned a ton and I have been able to solidify some of my views by discussing and reconsidering many views and opinions. I hope I've also helped change a few minds over the years on certain topics too. I try not to get too heated about topics that are important to me (trans issues, racial & class divide issues, covid, Trumpism, etc.) but know I have a few times. I hope that I have not contributed to anyone leaving.

Lyrica, Cymbalta and some form of pot. But it's best to get to the root of the problem, if possible, rather than mask the pain. Good luck!
