I thought about CIN, but it seems they're pretty happy with the results Pete M. was able to produce in such a short time. (I'm obviously referring to TLR heading there in some sort of "package deal" scenario.)

While I'm bummed, as I feel Walt is a good man, maybe he wasn't the right guy for a rebuilding process.

This really, really sucks.
Not what I had in mind with my "offseason will be interesting" thoughts the other day. More of a fear of what would happen.

The rumor up in Chicago is that John Canning (projected as the next Cubs owner) is already talking to Walt about replacing Hendry after he buys the Cubs.
