Freed, you're obviously in the wrong thread if you don't want to talk about great food.

Masterbuilt is the only way to in regards to electric IMO

Amazon has some good prices; mine was $300

This is the one I have (mines stainless but looks like it’s unavailable in that color; black is in stock though)...

Masterbuilt 20078715 Electric Digital Smoker Front Controller, 30-Inch, Black

Nearly 5000 reviews and still at 4 stars...about the best I could find at a reasonable price/wanted to stay around $300 for an electric one

Who is smoking this weekend? I have two whole chickens and a slab of ribs on just ‘cause I can.

Have to admit, no smoking for me- but I'll be damned if I don 't make it Beast BBQ at least

I haven't checked out the new location. I may check out The Skullery once it's up and running.

Beast Block was good smoked meat. Great location. I thought they'd have more options -menu was sort of sparse today. I.e. sandwich and side wise.

Non-food: Luckily they have a good outdoor space -where we heard the live music from Atomic Cowboy. The inside is surprisingly cafeteria-like at the order counter and where you get beer. sort of sterile.
