Dude is like Gruden Lite. He like to have his ego stroked. If I'm Oklahoma State I look at some way to make it costly for him the next time he jerks them around.
You're dead on. He does this every chance he gets....I really think he likes punching T. Boone Pickens in the balls every chance he gets. Total attention whore.
Sorry Go Birds.

Further word on the street is he wanted the Arkansas job when they gave it to Bielema. I doubt Malzahn would make the move but his connections here are strong and it's not unfathomable due to Auburn's general uneasiness with him until about 3 weeks ago. My guess, still, is Norvell. Family connections, played at UCA, up and coming coach. I think he's the guy, and I'm perfectly happy with that.
jk, looks like they're back to square one and just hired a search firm which is a peculiar way of doing things when the choice(s) (which may not be plural) seem(s) to be obvious.

yea...when JOhn Currie said "we will not be using a search firm for this coaching search", all of volnation rejoiced....until they were going to announce schiano, which a search firm would have filtered out.
college coaching search season is almost as exciting as regular season.

I’d be incredibly excited to land Brohm if I were a Vols fan.

Hearing on Knoxville radio that Vols are really closing in on Brohm.
Also, Les Miles has said he would come to UT. A little wacky, but at this point that would be a home run hire.

well the upside is that is that in 5 years when we are searching for a new head coach, the haslams should have relinquished power.

it's another coach that someone has to sell me on. he will also bolt to Louisville once he gets the chance, which means we have to sign him to a 6 year deal with an outrageous buyout.
such is college coaching these days i reckon

Not to speak for GB, but I'll bet he's talking about Miles.
