If you're McDaniels I'm sure you can watch what the Broncos have been doing and compare that to what you recognize and what you don't. Certainly he is still aware of a % of their system. Even just recognizing a single play might mean the difference between a Broncos TD and a Patriots Int and TD.

Really though, is that any different than what any other coach would do (study hours and hours of film, and do the best that they can to recognize plays)?

Yes it is. Well somewhat. Their offense is quite a bit different than when it was. But look back at the Tampa Oakland Super Bowl. The Tampa players said they knew the plays and audibles as soon as they were called.

If the Broncos are still using the same audibles that they used when McDaniels was the coach, then they deserve to lose.

That's because Bill Callahan was a mastermind and decided not to change a single thing.

For anyone who hasn't heard of walterfootball.com, check it out. You're missing out.

He has the Broncos beating the Patriots this weekend. I don't see it, but he makes a compelling argument.

Colts Hire Eagles' Grigson

Purdue Grad, two years in Philly as the director of player personnel. Anyone know anything about him? Apparently STL was interested in him as well.
